October & November Update | Our Recent Work

With winter fast approaching, the team prepared for our annual Winter Campaign, ensuring we could help as many families as possible during the cold. We continued our humanitarian aid work on the ground; with more people becoming aware of the crisis in Sudan, we were able to help thousands of families in the region.

Surgery in Gaza

People in Gaza have suffered for over 2 years without access to basic support and resources. For a long time, many were not able to receive the treatment they urgently needed. But thanks to your generosity, we were able to provide life-saving treatment in Gaza, Alhamdulillah.

10,000 Hot Meals in Sudan

For over 2 years, families in Sudan have struggled due to civil war. Alhamdulillah, our team was able to cook and distribute 10,000 hot meals for people in urgent need. Each meal contained essential nutrients and was able to feed up to 3 people.

Community Fundraising

We organised two hikes, raising awareness of our work and collecting essential funds for brothers and sisters in need. It was inspiring to see people come together for a great cause.

Meal Deal Challenge for Gaza

We challenged donors to swap their meal deal and donate that amount to Gaza instead. For just £5, a donor can provide a hot meal and help feed people in Gaza.

Annual Dinner for Gaza

In October, we held our annual dinner to raise crucial funds for Gaza. The event focused on supporting children and families with the financial help they urgently need.

Community Partnerships

We continued working with schools and community groups to increase our impact and strengthen local support for humanitarian work across Africa, Asia, and the Middle East.
